I am working as Engineer in Saudi Arabia but I did not take my salary four months now. Is there any body know where I can download the Complaint form? the thing is I have a hard copy of the form in me but I don't understand it so if there is an electronic form I can have it translated in google.

Google translation is never reliable. I did advice you to take the actual hard copy you have to a translation agency (there are a lot in the kingdom) and let them translate it for you. Better yet get a friend who speaks Arabic and English to do the translation and save money.
