Hi everyone, I'm a plumber and I got a job offer in Auckland. My salary will be between $28 to $32 per hour, this company will pay for my plumber registration, flight Spain - New Zealand and accommodation in NZ, my question is , this salary is ok in New Zealand and how long will take all this process.

The hourly rate is what is on offer here in NZ.
The process will take as long as it takes. No time criteria for this. The Govt here is in dire need of tradesmen for building works so the process may well be prioritized.

The pay rate is not really welcoming, however, it is good for a satisfactory survival being single. .If you're outside Auckland, the living expenses decrease gradually!
