I would like to know if it is more advantageous to buy in own name or with a company (like french SCI). I was told that the purchase through a company makes it possible to avoid paying the fees of 4% for the purchase of real estate.
must we keep an accounting for the company? (not required for french SCI)
15% of property tax in your own name, how much in the company? other taxes with a company?
which is the most advantageous tax, and in terms of transmission?
