I am living in bahrain since 4 years now want to switch my job and got offer letter from other company,who want me to join them within 15 days,my current employer is ready to give me mobility but my family is currently in Pakistan and couldn't come back till a month minimum due to some family problems,is it possible to apply mobility without my family presence here or what can I do in this condition?

They need to be here. Else cancel their visas, get Mobility for yourself and then have new employer apply for new visas for them when they want to come here.
That's how it works unless something has changed recently.
