Applying for Tax Clearance from outside malaysia

Hello All,

I worked in Malaysia for 8 months (from July 2017 to March 2018) and since my project ended, i went back to my native country, India.  Before leaving Malaysia, my tax clearance was not done.  My Malaysian employer recently mailed me Contract End document (Contract end date is 29th March) and  has told me to apply for Tax Clearance on my own.

I checked applying via e-spc ( https://ez.hasil.gov.my/CI/eSPC.aspx ), but this seems to be for employers only.   I resigned from my Indian company (on whose behalf i went to malaysia) , hence my indian and malaysian employers not seem to be interested in assisting me with Tax clearance.

Can someone please share how i can apply for tax clearance online.
