I think you are just moving from one city to another if you ask me. Slight differences but almost much pretty similar. for jobs it also similar however a bit challenging when it comes to Jeddah. I advice you apply on all the job websites you know off and if possible, get a job first before making the move. As looking for a job might take a bit longer than you think it would be.

However, having said you a finance professional and assuming you have a good amount of experience working over in Kuwait. You would not have much of a problem landing a job then.
