Hello

I am Algerian, i want to come to Istanbul to live there and invest some money by opening a Cafeteria or fast food shop. I have samll budget.
Would you please advice if it is a good idea and is it better to do it with someone who has already experience ??

its better to live min 6 months before invest any thing
first understand culture business environment ,,rules etc and

must see the license req etc

then invest
