Hi! I'm planning to travel to Italy this summer and I'd like to try as much of the local cuisine as I can. I stumbled upon this pasta map at this link, so I'd like to know if some of you can tell if it's trustworthy? Or, if you could maybe recommend me some of the dishes from the map, as well as some good local restaurants to try them in? Thanks!
