I am a software engineer in India (by degree and experience). I have been a freelance fashion designer part-time. Given, fashion designing is my passion, I wish to get into this full time.
Is there a way other than getting a fashion degree in Milan to get into its fashion industry?

You seem passionate about your work and I hope you do find some help here. Milan is the fashion capital of the world so maybe they are not just into fashion degree applicants. I will let you know if I find something related to your topic.
