My name is George and I am a European that wants to create a business in the educational field in Ho chi Minh.
I would like to ask if it's possible for a foreigner to open 100% business and if you know accountants and consultancy agencies that can guide me in this process. Also, if there are resources in the internet that can help please don't hesitate. Finally, I will appreciate if someone has a case study to share or have done something similar in Vietnam.
