How to start an employment agency in Ukraine?

Dear Reader,

I would like to know what the requirements are to start an employment agency/ staffing company in the Ukraine. Are there any restrictions? Are there licenses to obtain?

Any help will be appreciated.

No chance to begin such an activity (like most of other) in Ukraine if your are not ukrainian citizen, or ukrainian permanent resident…

I think it is not good idea for start business. There are many employments agencies in Ukraine.

I agree that starting an employment agency is not a good idea. The economy is very veak, so whatever agencies operate already are sstruggling for business, plus they all know that working with international companies (and expats) is most desirable. So if you open an agence specializing in that field (as I think you might be inclined to do) you will have even more competition, while your fees might need to be low to stay afloat.
