Actually i had applied for family visa of my wife for 2 years but unfortunately our PRO issued the family visit visa for 3 months. After my family comes from india to oman , without exit can family visit visa change to permanent visa ? plz reply

Hi SYEDMUZAFFARMATEEN,

Since it is a blunder committed by your company PRO, just refuse to accept the family visit visa that has been wrongly issued and ask for a proper 2-year dependent visa to be reissued.

I notice that you have also posted all over the forum. Kindly do not do it, please.

The PRO is stating that as per current law bring your family on visit visa later they will change to permanent visa without any exit.

Kindly plz confirm
