I'm considering studying abroad in Ghent, but I am not sure which language to learn, I already know a little bit of French so I'm not sure whether to continue studying French or to start learning Dutch, what is the most common language there and what should I do ?

Dutch is the local language, but officialdom is dual-language (tweetalig) Dutch/French.
