I worked for an organization for 4years according to my contract and l am not renewing my contract for good because I got a better opportunity. So I am transferring. So may I know that how much indemnity will be claimed and whether they will pay me the pending 2years annual leave salary as well or no.

And they should pay the annual leave salary for accrued leaves which have not been taken.
