Recent changes in residency laws were implemented in Turkey in April 2018. What are the effects on Canadian or European expats who have plans to settle down in Turkey in upcoming years?

concerning bank acount, yes you can have a bank account without residing, pls read the link.

I mean, there are some new regulations regarding obtaining touristic residency in Turkey. These new regulations/law modifications were implemented in April 2018.
