Western Compound for single female

Hi I will be moving to Riyadh by the end of the month until December. I am a single female in my thirties. I will be working in Ministry of Municipalities and Rural Affairs building.
Could you please advise, when choosing the compound should I prioritize a proximity to work or something else?
Is there a specific compound you could recommend? +price range
Ideally it would be a modern furnkshed place with people with similar background.
Regarding the rent - do they take deposits? How much? when paying rent is it monthly or quarterly etc..

also, unrelated, can I get group boxing classes in Riyadh? is there a compound that does aerobic classes for residents etc?
thanks in advance!

I recommend u green city compound price is reasonable and classes are available an very well located.

Usually you pay for 6 months in advance, some places accepts monthly or quarterly but probably they would increase the rent a little, one bedroom in a compound  would start from 35k and can go up to 140k Sar, usually your recruiter arrange your accommodation or give you the accommodation allowance, sports activities are available at many places.

Ministry of Municipality and Rural Affairs is on the intersection of Fahd and Abdullah roads. Both are busy roads and Abdullah road on the eastern side gets crowded due to metro construction. Riyadh is a big city and traffic gets heavy in peak hours, so short commuting time is a priority when choosing accommodation.

I suggest choosing a compound on the western side close to Diplomatic Quarters. See few options in links below

If your sponsor is not arranging your accommodation, then book yourself into a hotel and visit the compounds to finalize

Hi ,
Please visit www.aeisaudi.com
It's a western company providing best accommodation service for western  around riyadh.
Thanks

I will try to visit

If you still haven't found one, try Yamami Residence. It'll be a straight road to your work and wouldn't take you more than 20 mins. It's elegantly furnished and has pretty good facilities.

If you like, I can give you the details of the guy responsible for leasing.

Good morning,
I'm considering renting a furnished room.
I would like it to be in a secure compound with some amenities in or around the An Nakheel area...within 10-20 min drive.

Please advice of any available options.

Thank you!
