We are moving to Copenhagen for a few years and are wondering what we should bring from the US that we can't easily get in Copenhagen, would miss or would find difficult to buy without great expense when we arrive?

Hi and welcome to the Forum.
My experience was that the only significant things in cost terms were electrical items; the electrical system in Europe is different to the US; this guys advice (link) is pretty sound.
