Did you already arrive in Bali? Sorry for the late response.
It all depends where you will be visiting in Bali. If in Kuta or Denpasar then you should stay at Kuta, Legian or Seminyak. You could also stay in Sanur. If your business takes you further north then of course Ubud is the best place to stay.
