Is it true that Saudi embassy dont accept certificates from foreign universities in Malaysia? Like getting cert from uk degree only doing the prog in Malaysia. The course is accredited and everything. I see there are exceptions like monash university in Malaysia which they attest. Or they do but takes time to attest them?

Have you tried to get your degree attested via the British Council? Because if it is a British Accredited Degree, they can attest that straight away!
Maybe the rules and procedures are different in Malaysia.
You better put this question directly to the Saudi Culture Attache in your country.
They will answer this clearly.

Can you please tell me if you were able to attest your degree from the saudi cultural and saudi embassy as my brother is facing the same issue and was not able to attest from the saudi cultural mission. I would appreciate your advice.
