Hello everyone,
Any idea how long I can stay in Bahrain after my working visa is cancelled?  Since Im still waiting for my new working visa from my new employer? My new employer told me i will get my visa after 1 month.
And one thing, my passport is still with my previous employer, they will return it back to me after I get my new working visa.
Anyone could give me advice about this?  thank you in advance

XTang

You can stay for 30 days once visa is cancelled.

No one can retain your passport by law.

My known person resigned his job.His employer cancelled his work permit visa. Now he is in  30 days  grace period. He attended interview n got offer from new employer. To join with new employer , should he exit from bahrain and come back or can he join with new employer without exit from bahrain ?.

XTang

He can join without exit if his visa is cancelled and the new employers apply for a visa for him within the grace period.
