If employed your employer does this
I presume your a business, I would take caution and seriously research as much as possible or you'll find you won't have any trousers in the morning (it happens or has happened to foreign companies with extortionate costs)
If your a business possible get to know other expat business owners/ Indonesian partners etc I'm sure they will look after you
