I'm moving to Sao Paulo in June with my brother, and I am trying to gather info before I make my first visit. can anyone help me with locations? where are the best places to rent in Sao Paulo? 1 BHK studio apartment will do good.

I ll be working in Jardins! I have heard that Jardins is liitle bit expensive but safe to live.
But as a new comer, I dont want to spend too much on renting property.

Jardins is a vast track of land. Jardim Paulista, Jardim Europa, Jardim América.....
If it is close to Av. Paulista, then the alternatives become Bela Vista, Consolação, Vila Mariana, Sumaré. If it is in the lower part the options are Pinheiros, Vila Mariana, Itaim Bibi.
1BR flat around Jardins will set you back about R$ 3500 depending on what you get.
Unless you are able to commit to a 12-30 month rental, this is as good as it wil get.
