I am an Indonesian who previous worked in KL. So I recently resigned from my position in Kuala Lumpur because I was offered another Job in KL as well but I am subject to a cooling off period for 3 months in which I am unable to work in Malaysia during those 3 months.
The question I had is if I am allowed to visit Malaysia for non-business purposes as in Vacation or Tourism? Will it extend my cooling period or do anything to jepoardize me from being able to work in Malaysia? All the help would be very much appreciated Thank you !
