I have done B.A With Economics and Diploma in Computer Science, MCSA, MCSE Windows Server 2012, total work experience in ICT Sector more than 17 years, Any job opportunities in Dar Es Salaam as a System Administrator?

Well that depends...

The present political climate is not favorable to the employment of expats and worsening. To get a work permit your employer will need to prove that a local can not do the job that you are applying for. This even extends to other members of the East African Community.

If you can find a job then expect a difficult path to obtaining your work permit and residents visa. Officially, (from the minister!!), it takes up to 3 weeks; 10 to 12 months is a more realistic time frame. Also, governmental harassment is not unusual.
