Hello
We are relocating to KL in a few months and we dont know yet which area we will be staying in. We have an infant and a 5 year old. We would require a live in Nanny who speaks english, would take care of our son who will be 8 months old and our 5 year old (after she gets back from school until for a couple of hours).
What is the best way to find a reliable nanny who would have a work permit and good references (having worked with other families before). Not very comfortable about getting someone completely new through an agency.

Search around Facebook for Groups that involve either geograpahic areas, women or Indian expats as you will get more information from joining those groups. Malaysia runs on FB

If you currently have a maid it is possible to bring them with you into Malaysia if they have one of the permitted nationalities (which includes Indian nationals).
