Hello, we are planning to move to Philippines, any place is less / without typhoon, hurricane and earthquake near the beach? Or countryside? Also we need good internet at least 5 mbps upload and 10 mbps download, is possible? Thank you so much!

Mindanao rarely gets typhoons. The rest of the Philippines it's usually a given, at some point. Earthquakes are just part of life in the Philippines, no matter which island you're on.
Good luck finding reliable & fast internet anywhere. If that's a necessity you've picked the wrong country. Sometimes you get lucky, depending on your location & service provider.

I was in Davao City a few months back and noticed on the news of a typhoon warning for the Philippines. The tracking of the typhoon showed that it was north of Mindanao so yes the reply above from Cronus is probably correct. Do not go anywhere near Tacloban.
