i am from Kuwait and planning to move to Canada to Toronto to be specific , and i want to apply for the IRCC i need the steps and some advice from people who have been in this experiment , or do you know any expert Canadian immigration and citizenship.

I am not a Kuwaiti but as an expat in Toronto, I am familiar with the Immigration process. When you said IRCC, what did you mean? Are you applying for Canadian temporary/permanent residency or a work permit?
