Please guide me whether i can leave KSA for some days while my wife stays here as she is on single entry visit visa and i am the sponsor...
Leaving for max 5 days for some urgent work back home

Of course she can if her visa is valid during the time of stay. You are only liable to make sure she exits before expiry but not to be physically present
