Hit and run after accident

Dear Friends

Yesterday one Egyptian hit my car in parking area and he try to run but due to heavy traffic after 100 feet he cant  So I get down to make picture of his car plate then he get down and shouting me meantime another guy hit my car so i took picture of second guy car plate during this time first guy escaped.

I called Najm they come and esquire the accident and took pictures of my car and told second guy to leave because of its 100% mistake from first guy. He give me paper its written Egyptian car plate number told me to go muroor police station.


Please guide me now what is the procedure for further steps
