Has anyone has this issue. Today I receive a letter indicating that my permanent visa process is on hold on. Because police federal when to the house and there was no one at the house. Is there a solution for me to activate my process.

Take the letter and go to the Federal Police ASAP, bring along a fluent Portuguese speaker if your Portuguese is less than perfect, ask them to release the "hold" on your process, and ask how you can prevent this kind of mix-up in the future.  Good luck!

Thanks you

The home visit for permanency was suspended some time ago. Maybe they are doing it again. You were given good advice to go to Federal Police to resolve the problem.
