I am planning to apply my family a Dependent pass but I want them to come over here in Malaysia as Tourist then that's the time we process for the Dependent Pass. Is this possible or allowed?
please advise.

Are your spouse and children in your passport?
One of the issues Indian citizens run into is the need for certified true copies of marriage and birth certificates. If not in passport this really has to be done in home country.
There is a fee of RM500 per pass called "journey performed" in addition to all other fees.
Ask your HR if they will apply for you.
However, if your children are 7 years and above they will require a student pass (not a DP) for the international school you select.
