From Budapest to Vienna

I came across this, it's a nice little read.......

https://lifeaboardthetravelingcircus.co … to-vienna/

It may well interest some or maybe not ;)

It was okay. Basic list of the tourist traps. Nice pictures, though.

But, I wish my compatriots would stop overusing the word "awesome".

And, they are in Hungary, go on about eating local cuisine, but drink mostly beer. Hungary is known for its wines, not it beers. FWIIW, the author is a self claimed "foodie". Not a critique, just information. To each their own, I guess.

Finally, paying $113 for two entrées, two appetizers and a bottle of wine really is overpaying in Hungary. But a tourist may not realize that.

Almost as grinding as "that's a really good question". :)

That's an outrageous amount.  12K HUF for two at Trofea.  All you can eat and drink!
