Hi Maryam,
It's PHP but not running optimal as it has over 60,000 members and was developed a few years ago. I'm actually looking for a partner who can either modernise the existing website or create a new one that can handle a lot of users with the aim to generate revenue. I am looking for someone to split the profits with, so yes more like a freelancer.
