Want to go for final exit visa there is any solution with out asking to our sponsor? Do help me please

To leave the Kingdom for good, legally, you need your sponsor to issue you a final exit visa. There is no other way.
In cases of dispute or abuse, you need to involve your Embassy and they will coordinate with the labor office to advise what can be done. Not a simple, easy or quick process.
To physically leave without final exit, you need exit re-entry from your sponsor. Most people do this, leave for a "vacation" and then never come back. Then a few years later we get posts on this forum from them asking why they are banned or blacklisted when they apply for a new job in Saudi
