I'm changing job and getting an EP from my new company. Do I have to send back the physical S Pass card or I don't need to do anything since it's being cancelled by my current company?
Do we have to manually surrender old S Pass card?

Submit the card with your current employer (Normally, HR personal collects card from you then send to MoM). If employer asking you to submit then send the card to MoM office or you may visit their office to drop in their discard box.
If you don't submit then chances are there that MoM may or may not charge you $30.
