I was working under subcontractor as a research scientist. I came home on 22 July 2014 on exit rentry and never went back . My iqama would be expired on 26/09/1436.
My iqama number is 2327128886.
I wish to go back . But iqama is still showing run away status .
Please reply and help

Sounds like a Huroob case. Depending on when Huroob is registered, you could be banned from going back to Saudi from 3 to 5 years. You need to have your old sponsor lift it.
