Hi guys. Hope someone can answer my question. I was actually working in Italy way back 2013-2015 and I went back to the Philippines for a vacation last August 2015 but, I didn't realize that I exited Italy with an expired permesso soggiorno. I then, decided to stay in the Philippines with my family. But now, I'm thinking of wanting to go back in Italia.
Do you guys think I still have a chance to go back? or Can I still fix my documents?

You need to renew it or reapply for a new one. The office that dealt with your original will tell you.
