As Christine said above.
However, to give you a simple answer : No chance.
No one will ever hire people into US or Europe from outside unless:
1) You are a US or European national
2) You are legally authorized to work there through a skill based immigration plan e.g. nurses, doctors, IT etc
3) Your EXISTING company transfers you to a branch there
