Any 1 recently maked character certificate from pakistan (punjab) who is living in abroad?

is that necessary for applicant who is living abroad to send a authority latter to pakistan for his guardians to request this certificate any other option then this authority latter?

I did it from Islamabad recently. And I had to send across an authority letter. This is not an issue as it's a standard format signed by you and any decent agent can make it work.

you did not clearly mentioned that what kind of applicant you are. other thing is that its all about the country policy in which you are living. sometimes they acquire and sometimes don't. Like Living in the UAE, they introduced this for a while then suddenly they ended it.
