Hello everyone,
I'm looking to buy plot of land near the ocean. Purpose is to built a small guest house. It's very difficult to find anything. Can someone help me with that? Will be very thankfull for any information. All suggestions should be considered. Thanks.

Hi Keli,
I suggest you jus contact the Lands Department in the Goverment, go to estates agency, or go to the local akali (Chief) of tbe area you desire. Get info from him then before you do any thing go to the Land Department to confirm its legitimate and available for purpose.
The cheapest Land should be the TDA
Tourist Development Area. You will not be abke to buy but will be abke to least.
I av a contact who would be happy to be your assistant and do your errands.
He could sort out any info or queries for a small fee, namely expence and a days of around £5.
