myself tested as a positive hepetitis b in a local hospital. my visa already came. so am i eligible to go kuwait as a engineer for joining. plz reply. need help

I think, even though you got a visa, you have to do medical check including blood test for residency permit process in Kuwait. If your blood test result say you have hepatitis b positive, your RP process may be in trouble.
I would like to recommend you to get more advices from your friends in Kuwait.

You are tested in the government hospitals when you arrive. Its the same tests as in your country. They will not give a civil ID or a work visa if you have hep B I believe sorry.
