I am on proceed for 3 months cooling off period.
Can I visit Malaysia for travel during 3 months?.
Do I need to stay at Thailand by not enter to Malaysia anymore?

A cooling off period is the time in which no new application can be lodged with immigration for an employment pass. That is the only meaning to a COP.
As usual once the COP is over and a new application has been lodged with immigration the person must be outside Malaysia while the decision is taken.
No mention of any ban on tourist entries into Malaysia.
