Can you tell me where in Netherlands, outside Amsterdam, it is the cheapest to rent a small studio apartment ?
And do you know some websites, ads websites maybe, where to look ?
Do you think that contacting AirbNb owners and ask them to rent long term is a good idea ?

Your question is so vague that it is almost not worth it to answer.
You want to rent a studio and you have an idea where you want to live. Please be more specific, you are probably not interested in prices in a small village at the countryside in the east west of the Netherlands.

In general, Amsterdam is expensive, on a like for like comparison, anywhere else in Holland is cheaper. If you then take into account that Holland is not that big, you really need to consider the bordering countries (Germany, Belgium) as well.
