Hello Folks,

I am from India and recently i Received an offer from a Belgium company,it is a permanent position my parent company will outsource my profile to one of the Belgium's largest mobile telecommunication company ,They are not providing any relocation amount(no visa fees,no airfare,no initial accommodation) they are only providing me work permit.Rest i will be on my own.
As per my discussion with HR my monthly net salary would be around 2500 euros/month + daily transportation + Meal tickets.
I do have little hesitation about this movement as they don't have any relocation policy and i need to take care of everything.
Please suggest and share your views on this?
Should i consider this offer?

Thanks

Hi,

Nothing in the Belgian law orders a company to cover the costs of your move to Belgium and any other costs associated with it.

It's just a "tradition" when a company wants to attract a specialist to work within their company. And whatever the country is ...

Now, without more knowledge about your skills, this is a good starting salary offer. There are points to be clarified and others on which it would be possible to receive some more benefits. But that's another discussion.

It's up to you to see where your future is ...

In line with what Philippe mentioned above, read the existing threads, get an idea on living cost, taxes and what are your priorities in life. If this job plus benefits matches your priorities, then your decision is easy.
