There could be possibility that immigration officer will ask for the reason of her visit. Depends on her rationale she may allow or deny. Good luck

In case they ask, your friend should have a good reason for visiting Singapore often - and be abl to show accommodation booking and return flight ticket. Then it is unlikely to be denied entry on the second visit.
