Meeting Materials and Swag

I have a client (big hospitality) who holds meetings in Punta Cana. She has asked me how to get the meeting materials into the country, from the US. I have given her a couple local hotel leads, thinking they might have insight.

Surely the resorts have meetings held very frequently at their facilities. Does anyone have any insight? I told her she might have to set up an account with a local shipper. But, it seems to me, this would be a pretty common need. Maybe businesses, shipping to hotels, have different procedures? And, they have tried suitcases. Didn't go so well.

Courier is your best bet -  ship what has to come in, print locally what you can.
