Exit/Re-Entry Visa if Not Used

Hello there! Does anyone have it experience not using their issued Exit/Re-Entry Visa? I am planning for a vacation but undecided if inside kingdom or outside kingdom.

What will happened if let say I apply outside kingdom and my company will definitely get me an exit/re-entry visa, then afterwards I didn't use it instead I decided to have my inside kingdom vacation instead of going. Will this affect a lot on me, what would be the impact of it if i did not use my visa?

before 4 month ago I had working ihop,but 21 days I working then I left the job,then my another kafeel send a summons but alshaya did not give me kafala,4 month I have no work,now I want to exit,I will go to Bangladesh,but company did not give exit, please help me
