How do I get to build a salon in Madagascar with permission?

These are extremely complex questions that require dozens of pieces of documents such as birth cert, banking records, criminal records...maybe a morality test.....etc  and on and on  and on   and can be answered by the Madagascar Embassy in Canada.   

Again rules change from year to year and even month to month and like everyone else,  who is serious to act would have to speak with the experts and facilitators at the Embassy for your personal situation.   http://madagascar-embassy.ca/

I suggest you contact the Embassy- get your documents in order and stamped and paid for in a timely fashion for as I mention rules change  and you would be required to start the process over again.
