hello frnds plz help me...
i came saudi arabia 4 months ago as electrical engineer in a small company..
when i reached i was asked i have to supervise site ...but now it has been 4 months and they dont have any electrical work...all they say is we will get electrical work in future but u feel i have been cheated...salary also they dnt provide in time...i have recieved salary of only one mnth...can any1 plz help me what to do in this situation when u have nothing to do n sit all day in office...plz i m stuck here n wasting my career here...plz suggest something

Sorry to hear that, perhaps go to Saudi Ministry of Labor and file a complaint there

Yes approach Ministry of Labour but be very careful in the complaint.
Don't talk about profession on visa or nature of work. The profession on your Iqama is your official profession even if it is not relevant to what you are doing. Disclosing that you are doing something else with get you and the company both in trouble.
I would suggest to only complain about non-payment of salary.
Then take a look at your contract at the resignation clause. You can resign and leave on a final exit if the company won't transfer your Iqama. At least that way, you can salvage your career.
