Dear I faced the same issue the solution is that when you  will enter the expiry date check it from your Abshar account and put the same date as mentioned on Abshar account..

Hope this will solve the issue

Assalamo Alaikum,
I face the same issue and found the solution , The issue is because we are clicking the visit visa link in MOFA Website which by default take us to the citizens(Saudi Citizens) Page ,kindly find below steps,

1.When you clicks "Family Visit Visa Application for Citizens" link by default it takes you to the Saudi Citizens section and your Credentials(Iqama Number , Expiry and Birth date) are difinitely not exist in the database when you enter all these because it seaches in Saudi Citizens database, theirfor if you check the link in browser it will be "https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/FamilyVisitVisa/Citizen"

2.Just remove the last word "/Citizen" from "https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/FamilyVisitVisa/Citizen" and press enter on  https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/FamilyVisitVisa or copy paste this link which will take you to expat section there you can type only your iqama number and expiry date and it will solve your problem.

Sameer Ahsan

Remove the last word"/citizen" from link visa.mofa.gov.sa/FamilyVisitVisa/Citizen and try again , Keep remember in your prayers.

Sameer Ahsan

The solution is remove the last word "/citizen" from the link" visa.mofa.gov.sa/FamilyVisitVisa/Citizen, By default the link takes u to saudi citizens section just try what i mentioned and let me know.
